General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Custom Maid GmbH and our clients in connection with the use of our services.

2. Scope of services

We offer cleaning services for private apartments, office spaces, retail shops, practices, event venues and other commercial facilities. The scope of services is defined in consultation with the client and may vary according to needs.

3. Booking and payment

Our services can be booked by phone, e-mail or via our website.

Payment is made after the service has been provided by bank transfer or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed. Clients usually receive an invoice on a monthly basis.

4. Prices and value added tax

All prices stated on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude value added tax (VAT). Statutory VAT is shown separately on the invoice.

Surcharges may apply for special services, deviating requirements or hard-to-reach objects. These are agreed in advance.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations or changes to booked services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. A fee may be charged for late cancellations.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of our services or by the client. Any liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

7. Privacy

We respect our clients' privacy and treat all personal data confidentially. Further information on the handling of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Accounting software / third parties

For quotations, order processing, invoicing and accounting, Custom Maid GmbH uses the software bexio from bexio AG (Switzerland). As part of this business processing, the necessary customer, order and invoice data are processed and stored in bexio.

In addition, the privacy policy and general terms and conditions of bexio AG apply to data processing within bexio, available at www.bexio.com/de-CH/richtlinien. By placing an order with Custom Maid GmbH, the client agrees to this use.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect 30 days after publication.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

For disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, the court at the registered office of our company has exclusive jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
